Early summer, 1999. Donald turns 33 today. A radio show is holding a festival in Central Park. One of the announcers is painted blue, wearing a skimpy Santa Claus outfit and lounging in a reclining chair as woman after woman dances a strip tease.
The blue was chosen by station executives after rejecting the original plan of Santa in black face ogling naked white women. At first, it seemed the festival would be scrapped due to utter lack of relevance, but three weeks ago the morning show got an anonymous caller.
